Are you a sales professional with a passion for e-mobility and the energy transition? If so, consider joining our team as the next Sales Manager for Sweden. In this role, you will have the chance to work with the most innovative and fastest-growing business unit at VCG – the Charging Equipment division. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy for this division in an international setting. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, resellers, and the Commercial Manager for EV Charging Equipment on a strategic level.

As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the established commercial policy for relevant countries or market segments
  • Monitoring business and market developments and translating them into business objectives
  • Assisting in the process of entering new markets and countries
  • Analyzing product assortment, product developments, market areas, and market developments, and formulating advice and/or approach plans
  • Advising commercial management and considering the short and long-term commercial impacts
  • Maintaining and expanding existing relationships and establishing new ones
  • Aligning customer needs and developing comprehensive solutions in collaboration with the internal organization
  • Negotiating to secure orders and ensuring their smooth transfer to the internal organization
  • Providing quotes and co-drafting contracts
  • Defining and achieving long and short-term commercial objectives

To be considered for this role, we require:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in (Technical) Business Administration/Commercial Studies
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Sales Manager or Account Manager
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of and experience with international law
  • The ability and willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
  • A valid driver’s license”
